Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat. Spread the vegetable oil on the grill. Add the grilled steak and add the grilled vegetables next to the steak. We almost bought a Blackstone griddle for my husband last year, but we weren't sure if he would love it as much as he loves his traditional grill or not.
Most of the other things I've done so far can be done on the stove, however, this Blackstone Cowboy stir-fry really needs the flat, open space of the griddle.
