McDonald's New Chicken Sandwich: A Review

McDonald's has recently released three new chicken sandwiches, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Each sandwich is made with an all-white meat chicken fillet and crumpled pickles on a potato roll. The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich also includes a hot pepper sauce, while the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich is topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. I recently had the opportunity to try all three of McDonald's new chicken sandwiches.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was light and fluffy, with a great flavor and texture. The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich was also delicious, thanks to its flavorful hot pepper sauce. The Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich was a bit of a letdown, however, as the mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomatoes seemed to distract from the flavor of the chicken. Overall, I found that McDonald's new chicken sandwiches are good but not great.

They don't quite measure up to Popeyes' fried chicken, but they are still worth trying if you're looking for a quick and tasty meal. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is the simplest of the three versions and is sure to please fried chicken purists. The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich adds a bit of heat to the mix, while the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich is a good option for those who like their sandwiches loaded with toppings.
